Shipping and Exchange Policy
At Seniorkart, we strive to ensure that your purchases arrive in perfect condition. If, however, you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer free replacement within 3 days of delivery.
Return and Replacement Process

- We may contact you to verify the damage or defect.
- Ensure the product is in its original condition, with outer box, user manual, warranty cards, and other manufacturer packaging.
- After successful pick-up, replacement will be delivered within 10 days.
Prepaid Order Cancellation
If a prepaid order is not accepted upon delivery, a credit note will be issued for the amount paid (excluding delivery charges). This credit note is valid for 180 days and can be used for future purchases on our website.
Warranty Terms
- The manufacturer is responsible for providing warranty coverage, as outlined in their official warranty instructions.
Warranty Eligibility
- Warranty benefits are exclusively available to the initial consumer who purchased the product.
- The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party.
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes , if any which may arise in regard to settlement of claim shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts of Derabassi, SAS Nagar.
